PARTICIPATION PROCESS IN THE LTF SACHET WITH SACHET CONTEST

  • The contest is conducted by L&T Finance Limited (the "Company").
  • Visit LTFSachet.in. participate in and successfully complete the quiz, and share the Sachet Shield on your public Instagram profile. Participants must tag and follow the L&T Finance Instagram page.
  • Winners will be chosen from the entrants participating on the official L&T Finance Instagram page.
  • Winners will be chosen through a lucky draw and must adhere to all contest rules.
  • Up to five winners will be selected from Instagram at the conclusion of the contest.
  • Each winner has the opportunity to win Amazon vouchers worth Rs 30,000 each.
  • The contest will commence when the post goes live on Dec 30th 2025 and will conclude on Jan 30th 2026 at 11:59 pm.
  • Only entries submitted within the specified timeframe will be considered valid. Submissions made after the contest ends on Jan 30th 2026 at 11:59 pm will not be considered.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • The contest is open to all the citizens of India aged eighteen (18) years or above.
  • These Terms and Conditions extends to whole of India, unless expressly prohibited by law.
  • Participants will be asked to confirm their residency in India. Participants must provide true and accurate information and shall indemnify the Company in case of any loss due to a breach of the same.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Your participation is considered subject to the following:

  • The criteria for choosing the winner shall be at the sole discretion of the Company, without any obligation to notify the participants.
  • The Company accepts no responsibility for objectionable statements, lost, corrupt, incomplete, or fraudulent entries made by participants. Entries that do not comply with these rules will be disqualified as per the discretion of the Company.
  • Winners will be announced on the Instagram page of the Company.
  • The reward is non-transferable and must be utilized only by the winner(s). The rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  • Winners are required to respond within 48 hours of notification. In the absence of a response, the Company reserves the right to reallocate the reward to other entrants. The winner(s)' social networking account name will be posted on the Instagram page of the Company.
  • Prizes to the Winners will be dispatched within eight weeks from the contest closure.

General Rules

  • The Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Contest to the fullest extent and your acceptance to the terms and conditions is deemed by way of your participation.
  • Instructions with regards to the contest forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result into forfeiture of the reward.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to duration and such other terms and conditions, at any time.
  • Company’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that, or any other, provision.
  • The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the social networking platform.
  • The collection, storage, processing and use of personal data of the participants shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc. or any other social media platform.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for cancellation, delay or modification of the Contest due to events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any tax liability arising out of the prizes/rewards shall be solely borne by the winner(s).
  • The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct appears in any way to violate these rules.
  • The winners as well as all the participants agree to participate in promotional activity including publicity on TV, Radio and photography.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Contest at any time.
  • The Company is not responsible for any travel or additional costs borne by the winner.
  • The Company is under no obligation to provide replacement prizes or reimbursement.
  • The Terms and Conditions of the gift vouchers are independent of the Company.
  • The participants shall comply with all applicable laws.
  • The Company’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
  • By participating in contest, participant gives consent to the Company to use their photographs, names, information and their answers for promotion.
  • This Contest and the Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian laws and Courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction.
